Privacy Policy
Effective: May 28, 2026This Privacy Policy describes how DRXL One LLC ("we," "us," or "QuickConnectSites") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit quickconnectsites.com, demo.myqc.site, or purchase our services. We've tried to write it in plain language. If anything is unclear, contact us at support@quickconnectsites.com.
1. Who we are
QuickConnectSites is operated by DRXL One LLC, a New York limited liability company. Our mailing address and contact details are at the bottom of this page. For privacy-related questions, please use the contact methods in Section 11.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly
- Account & purchase information — when you buy a website plan, we collect your name, email, business name, and billing details. Payment card details are entered directly into Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
- Site content you submit — business details, photos, logos, hours, services, and any other content you upload through our admin tools or send to us by email during onboarding.
- Communications — emails or messages you send to support.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data via Google Analytics — pages visited, time on page, referring URL, device type, approximate location (city/region from IP), and similar non-identifying browsing data.
- Server logs — our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard request data including IP address, user agent, and timestamps for security and reliability.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 5.
3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the QuickConnectSites service.
- To process payments and fulfill your order.
- To communicate with you about your account, onboarding, support requests, and important service updates.
- To measure marketing effectiveness and understand how visitors use our site.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
4. Service providers we share information with
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run QuickConnectSites. Each only receives the information they need to do their job.
| Provider | Purpose | Data they see |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Payment processing | Name, email, billing address, payment card details |
| Google Analytics (GA4) | Usage analytics | Pageviews, referrer, device/browser, approximate location |
| Vercel | Site hosting and serverless compute | IP address, request metadata, server logs |
| Vercel Blob | Storage of site content and account data | Account records, site configs, uploaded images |
| Sentry | Error monitoring | Error stack traces with limited request context |
Each of these providers has its own privacy practices. Links to their policies: Stripe, Google, Vercel, Sentry.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure site usage, and improve performance. The main categories:
- Strictly necessary — needed for the site to work (e.g., your login session). Always on.
- Analytics — Google Analytics cookies that help us understand site usage. On by default; you can decline via our cookie banner.
You can manage your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain and reloading; the cookie banner will reappear so you can decide again.
6. Your privacy rights
For all visitors
Regardless of where you live, you can email us at support@quickconnectsites.com to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Request that we correct or delete it
- Opt out of analytics tracking
For California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, to request deletion, to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any of these, email support@quickconnectsites.com with "CCPA request" in the subject line. We'll respond within 45 days.
7. Data retention
We retain account information and site content for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal and tax obligations (typically up to 7 years for financial records). Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default settings (currently 14 months) unless you opt out. You can request deletion of your account data at any time using the contact information in Section 11.
8. Security
